There’s no time to rest! Even though this unforgettable 2015 Rogers Cup edition has just ended our Sara Errani is already moving to the next stop: the Western & Southern Open in Cincinnati.

This Premier5’s main draws regularly took place yesterday almost while Sarita was about to leave Toronto’s Centre Court after her amazing semifinal against the n.3 player in the world, Simona Halep. Lady Luck didn’t wuite help her to catch her breath though, because our n.16-seeded’s first opponent turned out to be the Russian Daria Gavrilova (WTA’s n.40) – a young rising player who’s already proving herself to be one tough match, as seen back in Eastbourne earlier this year (6-1, 5-7, 6-2). What’s more, in case of winning, Sara may find herself caught again into a derby against Karin Knapp, not even adding that there would be more than a chance to play world’s n.1 Serena Williams in last-16 round.

Also the Errani /Pennetta new journey will go on this week in Cincy. In fact, the girls decided to take part in the Doubles tournament after the brilliant quartefinal round gained in Toronto and lost against the later final champions – Mattek-Sands/Safarova. They will be back on court tomorrow at 11am local time to face Lara Arrabuarena and Andreja Klepac.
