Hi everybody! Let’s get this 2016 season officially started and do not forget to keep your coffee mugs very close for the upcoming Australian run!

Right after the quick stop in Hua Hin for the exhibition tournament World Tennis Thailand Championships along with Aga Radwanska, Angelique Kerber and Venus Williams, our Sara Errani has already touch down in the biggest Queensland city better known as Brisbane and took care of her first practice.

The first Premier tournament’s draws are out as well and there is no doubt it is going to be alreay a tough one, as our warrior will face the 2015 most improved player –  n.7 seeded Belinda Bencic. The only match record between the two went to the young Swiss, who – still underestimated at the time as n.140 ranked even thought latest champion of the Bonfiglio Junior tournament – did not fail to take advantage of a frazzled Sarita in order to get a 3-sets win in the past edition of the WTA Charleston.

Interestingly, the one with the Elvetic is not going to be a one-shot challenge since right after Singles  round Errani will share the same side of the court with Spain n.2 Carla Suarez Navarro to secure a spot into quarterfinals against the duo formed by Belinda Bencic and Kristina Mladenovic.
